Welcome to The Pro Keto Show ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, our digital products (such as the Starter Kit), our ticketed live events, and the Pro Keto Club community.

The Pro Keto Show operates under Bigbang.business Pty Ltd (ABN: 52 653 009 860), a company registered in Australia.

By accessing our site, purchasing a product, or joining our community, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, purchase products, or join the Pro Keto Club community. Our content is not intended for minors.

3. Digital Products & Licensing

3.1 The Starter Kit

  • You may download and print the materials for your own household use.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, share login details, or upload our files to public platforms.

3.2 Live Event Tickets & Passes

Tickets purchased for live GoBrunch & YouTube sessions or "Multi-Pass" bundles grant you access to the specific live broadcast and/or replay stated at checkout. Sharing access links with non-ticket holders is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Community Guidelines & Conduct

The Pro Keto Club (hosted on Telegram or other platforms) is a space for cooking education and support. To maintain safety, the following strict rules apply:

  • No Medical Advice: You may not prescribe diets to treat conditions, diagnose others, or give advice on medication dosing/tapering.
  • Respect & Safety: Harassment, hate speech, or sharing of sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited.
  • Crisis Protocol: We are not a crisis support service. Posts indicating immediate self-harm or danger to others will be removed for safety, and we will direct the user to emergency services.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any member who violates these guidelines at our sole discretion.

5. Purchases, Payments & Refunds

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include GST where applicable.

5.1 Refund Policy - Digital Downloads

(E.g., Starter Kit)

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on the Starter Kit. If the recipes do not meet your expectations, please email support within 14 days of purchase for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeated refund requests).

5.2 Refund Policy - Live Event Tickets

  • Single Tickets: Refundable up to 48 hours before the event start time. No refunds for "no-shows" (a replay link is provided).
  • Multi-Passes/Season Passes: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if no passes/sessions have been accessed. Once a pass is used to attend a session, the bundle is non-refundable.
  • Technical Issues: If we (the host) cancel an event due to technical issues, a full refund or credit will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, recipes, photography, videos, graphics, and logos, is the property of Bigbang.business Pty Ltd or its content creators and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law:

  • Our services are provided "as is" and "as available."
  • We do not guarantee that our recipes will yield specific results (taste/texture may vary based on ingredients and equipment).
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on information provided.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy implied or imposed by any statute (including the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
